Meet Molly Henrie

Meet LeAnna Arnold
LeAnna has been involved in real estate and new construction all her adult life and in 2011 decided to become licensed to help others with the passion she shares for the industry. The process of working with Clients to either build or buy an existing home is what she thoroughly enjoys. This process can be very challenging, there are many obstacles and pit falls that can be encountered in this real estate journey. Getting involved with clients and helping them through this journey to find and purchase their dream home, whether it be an existing home or new construction, is something that LeAnna has great passion for and enjoys very much. She takes her responsibility to her Client’s very seriously and has an excellent attention to detail in order to protect and provide outstanding service. The last few years she has focused on new construction, marketing subdivisions, and working with builders selling their inventory homes. This experience has been very rewarding and she correlates this to her ten years as being a Medical Assistant, making sure the Client is well taken care of. Her husband, Steve, works in Land Development, which has given LeAnna opportunities to excel with managing and marketing of subdivisions. This alone takes great knowledge and care, not only for the buyer but for the developer and builder. She has learned the whole process from purchasing bare dirt to submitting applications with all jurisdictions, to building and recording subdivision plats. With this experience she is able to help the developer in the process of managing a subdivision.
I originally went into this profession to be part-time but my network and ability to build relationships have allowed me the opportunity to be a full time agent.
My ability to meet deadlines, fearlessly negotiate, and communicate with my clients and other agents are the foundation to my success. My knowledge of the industry and local market, paired with my ongoing, professional customer service is what I attribute to having happy customers and reoccurring business. I also have a knack for building lifelong relationships and making people laugh along the way.

In my first year as a realtor, I was nominated Rookie of the Year and ranked #8 amongst all realtors in the Treasure Valley for social media usage according to PropertyShark. I was above the national average in homes sales for a rookie realtor and managed to grow a referral based clientele in less than 12 months.
